This project is to install a DelDOT entrance into Bay Forest from existing Whites Neck Road. The scope of work includes clearing, grubbing and grading, installation of storm drainage piping, construction of the blacktop base and final wearing surface, striping, concrete truncated domes for widening of Whites Neck Road, and installation of a multi-use path along road frontage.
