This project includes a single family 92 lot subdivision in Millsboro and the extension of an adjacent Industrial Street to the entrance. The scope or work includes erosion and sediment control, clearing, removal of existing storm pipe and site debris, stripping of topsoil, pond excavation and storm drain piping, excavation and embankment of materials, rough grading, topsoil and reseeding of right of way and pond slopes, installation of water and sanitary sewer utilities, installation of force main and pump station, construction of road and pool parking lot, paved sidewalks, striping and signage.
