This 59 lot residential subdivision in Milford, which was previously partially constructed, required sediment and erosion control, stripping of topsoil from roadways, excavation and embankment, installation of road base and paving, repair and complete previously constructed infiltration basins, widening of existing DelDOT entrance, overlay, and striping.
