This was a site work project for a 2,700 square foot stand-alone bank building on Rt. 24 in Long Neck.  The scope of work included the removal of existing sidewalk, curbs, and vegetation from a previously stripped site; excavated, placed and compacted imported fill material; connected new sewer lateral to existing clean-out; ran water service; installed parking lot curb, gutters, sidewalks, bollards, and concrete pads; rough graded, imported and spread topsoil, then reseeded.  Graded and spread base parking lot, followed by a final pave with striping and signs.
