This community of 190 lots is located on Iron’s Lane in Dagsboro. The scope of work includes the installation of the sewer pump station and force main, construction of the DelDOT entrance with multi-use paths; sitework for the lots, which include grading the entire site and well pointing; installation of water, sewer, and fire hydrants; construction of curbs, roads, and several stormwater ponds, as well as grading and fill for the clubhouse area.
