This  project includes 114 single family lots in Phase 1 & 2 of a subdivision on Lewes-Georgetown Highway in Lewes. The scope of work includes erosion and sediment control, demolition of existing driveway and structures including asbestos removal; clearing and grubbing, stripping of topsoil, excavation and embankment, place imported fill, rough grade, topsoil and seeding, sanitary sewer, well pointing; excavation of stormwater ponds; installation of SWM piping, catch basins, and water lines; construction of curbs, gutters, common areas sidewalks, street base, and paving; furnish and install electric distribution conduit; arranging infrastructure, which includes the installation of electric, gas, cable and internet; construction of a DelDOT entrance, which includes widening, striping, bus stop, multi-modal path, and signage.
