This is for a new 4-story hotel with 77 rooms on Route 1 in Milford. The scope of work includes the removal of existing asphalt, curbs and rip-rap; erosion and sediment controls, stripping of topsoil, grading excavation and embankment, exporting of excess material, installation of sanitary sewer, storm drain pipes and connection to existing drainage swale and roof drains; installation of water lines, fire line, and grease trap; construction of concrete curbs, sidewalks, dumpster pad, truncated domes, parking lot base, paving, striping, and signs.
