This is for sitework for a new 4-story, 67,000 square foot 105 room hotel on Coastal Highway in Lewes. The scope of work includes layout, clearing and grubbing, removal of existing water and sewer lines, and removal of existing curbs and asphalt; erosion and sediment control, strip topsoil, rough grading and topsoiling, basement excavation, installation of a Stormtech stormwater system, landscaping; construction of an asphalt parking lot, block and concrete retaining walls including backfill, concrete curbs, dumpster pad and sidewalks, signage, sanitary sewer lines, water and fire hydrants, grease trap, and construction of a DelDOT entrance, which includes traffic controls, widening of adjacent Marsh Road, bollards, striping, and signage.
