This project entails sitework for a new 3-story, 59,585 square foot,110 room hotel adjacent to Route 1 near the 5-Points area of Lewes. The scope of work includes the demolition of existing lighting, storm and sanitary sewer piping, and drainage structures; erosion and sediment control, stripping of topsoil, excavation and embankment, rough grading, preparation of building pad area, which includes imported fill, well pointing, sanitary sewer lines, installing grease trap, stormwater pipes and underground Stormtech stormwater system; construction of the parking lot, curbs, sidewalks, shared use path, and landscaping.
