This project is to construct Baltimore Avenue in the Sussex County-owned Delaware Coastal Business Park, which will connect from the main entrance to the lease lot areas at Park Avenue. The scope of work included excavating topsoil, rough grading, apply new topsoil and seeding, reconstructing existing railroad crossing, establishing a connection and improve existing stormwater pond, install new curbs and sidewalks, as well as striping.
