The scope of work for this building pad leased area includes erosion and sediment control, excavation of existing materials, furnishing and placing imported fill dirt, applying topsoil and seed, installation of water and fire line, installation of sanitary sewer utilities to the building pad, installation of the dumpster pad, construction of the parking lot, which includes curbs, sidewalks, truncated domes, striping,  and signage.
