This project, located at the corner of Rt. 113 and Dickerson Road in Millsboro, was a 2 acre site that now houses a 22,000 square foot store. The scope of work included erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing of the site, relocated existing ditch, provided and placed imported fill for the site, installation of gravity and force main sewer, storm and roof drains; construction of the parking lot, which included sidewalks, bollards, and truncated domes. This project also included the installation of the DelDOT entrance, which included improvements to Dickerson Road and a shared use path.
