This project involves the development of 57 single family lots on Walker Road in Milton. The scope of work includes the construction of the DelDOT entrance, erosion and sediment control, excavation and embankment, stripping of topsoil, construction of a stormwater management pond and storm drainage tying into existing storm drainage of previously built lots, rough grading, topsoil and seeding, water and sanitary sewer mains, manholes and laterals installation, subdivision streets, installation of driveway culvert pipes for all lots, and multi-modal path.
