Located approximately 5 miles west of JD Shuckers Georgetown on Seashore Highway, the scope of work involves constructing a DelDOT approved entrance from Seashore Highway and a paved road 1,200 ft in length from Seashore Highway to the new sand plant.  When operational, the plant will encompass 112 acres to supply building materials of sand, gravel, etc. to the local development industry.
