Responsibilities
- Excavation, placing pipe, backfilling, and restoration
- Tasks in connection with the installation of sewer and/or water pipelines, positioning, joining and sealing pipe sections and erecting and removing shoring and bracing for trenches and excavations
- Dig trenches and similar excavations, refills excavations, spreads and levels to grade dirt, gravel and other materials using pick and shovel
- Work in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself, or endanger the well-being of others
- Perform site clean-up
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements
- Perform any other general duties as specified
Requirements
- Must have valid ID
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
- Ability to work in all weather
- Must be punctual and reliable
